Stearic Acid Rubber Grade also named stearic acid tripple pressed is a mixture of saturated fatty acids,not purity product. It is a colorless, waxy, solid with a characteristic fatty odor. Chearperchem’s stearic acids are available in flake or prill (beads) forms.
In fireworks, stearic acid rubber grade is often used to coat metal powders such as aluminium and iron. Stearic acid rubber grade is used along with simple sugar or corn syrup as a hardener in candies.
Stearic acid rubber grade is used with zinc as zinc stereate as fanning powder for cards to deliver smooth fanning motion.Stearic acid is one of most commonly used lubricants during injection molding and pressing of ceramic powders
